Mark Phelps, Esquire

Mark was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 1981. He attended Oklahoma State University, earning his B.A. Mark earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma. Mark brings a wealth of experience to the firm as he has served as an Assistant District Attorney, City Attorney, Municipal Judge and as President of the Seminole County Bar Association.
